Emmanuel Ruremesha, head coach of Turbo King Football league Espoir has been hit with a two-match ban over what the club management termed as failure to lead the club to positive results in the previous matches.
The club chairman Godfroid Kamuzinzi said that they are not happy with the recent performances of the club.
“Ruremesha has displayed poor coaching tactics that has led to the club’s poor performances even against minnow clubs were he lost three consecutive matches against Amagaju, AS Muhanga and Esperance,”
“We were very disappointed because all these clubs are struggling in the relegation zone and we have decided to suspend him as we investigate to look on what caused such performances,”
Ruremesha will miss the April 6 game against Gicumbi in Rusizi as well as the peace Cup match tie against Gicumbi too.
Assistant coach Gervais Manirakiza will handle the next matches in the absence of Ruremesha.
Ruremesha was given mandate to handle Espoir in September last year and has guided the club to seventh position with 35 points.
